Allie Bath
All Styles
Meet Allie Bath—dancer, choreographer, and all-around creative force. A Point Park University grad turned Equity performer, she’s danced for Disney, toured the world with Royal Caribbean, performed for the NBA’s Orlando Magic, and shines at Universal Studios Orlando— with a featured role in the hit Nightmare Fuel shows.
Her other performance credits include Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Disney Springs, ABC, ESPN, Disney+, Oceania Cruises, and major Orlando stages.
Allie is also a nationally recognized choreographer, creating work for the Dunkin’ Philly Thanksgiving Day Parade, RuPaul’s Drag Race contestants, and major musical artists including Jordin Sparks, CeCe Peniston, David Archuleta, Matteo Bocelli, The Commodores, and more.
As an educator, she works with Star Dance Alliance, World Dance Pageant, Encore, and numerous studios across the country.
Allie currently serves as resident choreographer and assistant artistic director at Metropolis Productions, creating high-impact entertainment for top corporate clients like Mary Kay, Walmart, and Wendy’s.
She is also the creator of Empower Artist Club, dedicated to bringing elevated technical and artistic training to Orlando’s dance community.

Ronnie Stripling
All Styles
Ronnie Stripling grew up in small-town southwest Georgia and left to attend Oklahoma City University as a Dance Performance Major. After leaving OKCU, they performed for audiences across the world as a featured aerialist, soloist, and production dancer for Royal Caribbean International. Yearning for some life on land, Ronnie relocated to Orlando where they joined the cast of Beauty and the Beast Live! On Stage! as an equity dancer, eventually moving into leadership as a swing, equity lead, and ultimately dance captain where they taught and maintained the show , building a tenure there of 13 years. Ronnie resides in Orlando still and works full time as an artist, educator, photographer, and most recently an independent contractor for Virgin Voyages as an associate choreographer and install director. Ronnie lives their life following a firm platform supporting self expression, individuality, and creative collaboration.

Marcus Boyle
Technique, Jazz, Contemporary
Originally from Pennsylvania, Marcus has graced stages across the world performing alongside notable entertainers such as Todrick Hall, Meghan Trainer, and Neil Patrick Harris. Favorite moments include joining the cast of the Broadway hit ‘Newsies’ for a televised performance on ABC, traveling the world dancing with Norwegian Cruise Line, dancing onstage at Universal Studios Florida, Tokyo Disneyland in Japan. You can find him currently at Walt Disney World where he currently serves as Dance Captain and Principal Performer in ‘Festival Of The Lion King’ and the newest Disney Chistmas Show 'Holidays in Hollywood". Marcus has been lucky to have helped numerous brands bring their creative visions to life, including Virgin Voyages, Mary Kay Cosmetics, SnapOn Tools, Brown & Brown, and Wendy’s. We are really excited to have Marcus share his expertise with the Orlando community.

Kierstin Casey
Technique, Jazz, Musical Theater
Kierstin Casey Pike is a professional dancer, NASM-certified personal trainer, and Precision Nutrition coach. Originally from Tampa, FL, Kierstin is a graduate of Florida State University, where she was a part of the nationally ranked Golden Girls Dance Team and toured the Southeast as a Universal Dance Association instructor. Her professional credits include various shows across Walt Disney World, including Dance Captain of "A Totally Tomorrowland Christmas", the opening Cast of "Villains Unite the Night”, and principal dancer at "Festival of the Lion King". Currently, Kierstin is the Dance Captain of "Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire" in Magic Kingdom. Kierstin's other credits include Universal Studios, SeaWorld Orlando, and "Disney Parks Magical Christmas Celebration on ABC" dancing for Becky G. Kierstin also serves as a strength coach with Dancers Who Lift and has trained dozens of professional dancers around the world. Her passion is helping dancers learn how to train like athletes so they can perform at their highest potential with confidence and power.

Brittany Piggot
Technique, Jazz, Lyrical
Brittany Pigott is a Florida native who currently works as a professional dancer in the Orlando area. She has years of experience dancing, teaching and choreographing for a variety of studios and production companies. She currently works as the female dance captain for “Beauty and the Beast Live on Stage” at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. She has also worked for Universal Studios Orlando; at a variety of corporate, private and special events; and as an assistant for the Rockette Summer Intensive. She was named two time MVP of the UCF Dance Team, a UCF dance minor, and crowned Miss UCF. She is also a new mom to her sweet baby boy Myles. She’s super excited to teach and train alongside you!

Max Sjostrom
Technique, Jazz, Lyrical
Max Sjostrom is a Maintenance Choreographer for Walt Disney World, where he upholds the highest standards of performance quality across parades, stage productions, televised events, and special performances. He leads auditions and workshops while collaborating closely with creative teams to ensure each production achieves excellence and delivers dynamic, engaging experiences for audiences.
With over 20 years of professional performance experience, Max brings a wealth of knowledge from his career as a member of the Actor’s Equity Association at Walt Disney World, where he performed in stage shows, special events, and televised productions. His résumé also includes work with Universal Studios Florida, SeaWorld Orlando, and Tokyo Disneyland, along with national commercials and backup performances for musical artists—giving him a broad and well-rounded perspective on both live and recorded entertainment.
In addition to performing, Max has more than 15 years of experience as a choreographer and dance educator. His work spans competitive dance, corporate and charity events, television, and theme park productions. He is also a respected adjudicator and faculty member for dance conventions and competitions, where he is dedicated to mentoring and inspiring the next generation of performers.
Known for cultivating high-energy, welcoming, and inspiring environments, Max’s creative voice is rooted in classical technique while being fueled by today’s ever-evolving performance culture. Whether he’s in the studio, rehearsal hall, audition room, classroom, or on set, Max leads with contagious enthusiasm, creative vision, and a deep commitment to artistic excellence.

Juan Vargas
Hip Hop, Latin Fusion, Heels
Juan F. Echevarria Vargas, born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, began dancing at age 6 and trained at the prestigious Julian E. Blanco performing arts school. By his early teens, he was performing with Ballet San Juan, one of the island’s leading ballet companies.
At 18, he launched his professional and teaching career simultaneously—working at multiple studios while performing with major urban artists including Ñengo Flow and Dylan & Lenny. He continued his training on scholarship at Rhythms, Danny Lugo’s academy, and spent a year performing on the hit children’s show Atención Atención.
Juan moved to Orlando in 2015, where he expanded into choreography and live performance, working with artists such as Tony Dize and Yandel. He has since built a thriving career performing at Walt Disney World and Universal Studios Florida, while choreographing and teaching across top programs including Rhythm X, DGBEK, Pro Artist Series, The Exchange, Skira, and Artevivo in Miami.
Recently, Juan has made an impact choreographing for major productions—from the iconic Miss Continental pageant to the new Drive Inn and Dance show and WorldStrides at Universal Studios Orlando, and also multiple hit productions at The Renaissance Theater. His work reflects a blend of technical training, musicality, and an unmistakable creative voice.

Jazlyn Caing
Technique, Contemporary, Jazz
Jazlyn Caing, born and raised from Orlando, Florida. She works to fulfill the highest expression of herself as a human being and an artist. Jazlyn studied and competed in all genres of dance at various studios in the Orlando areas. She then moved to NYC to study at the The Joffrey Ballet School for their Jazz and Contemporary Trainee program as one of the top students in her division, where she experienced composition and concert work. After moving back to Florida, she started teaching and choreography for competition dancers specializing in jazz, contemporary, improv and stretch/conditioning. Recently, setting routines for the Area team; Orlando Predators Dancers, The Renaissance Theater Company & performing with Metropolis Productions. Moreover, Jazlyn has performed & acted for multiple Orlando Festivals such as FRINGE & Immerse. Her most recent productions Include joining the AEA under Disney World in Jollywood Nights, the Opening Cast of “The Untrainable Dragon” at Epic Universe, & Acting in the Wicked Universal Pictures Experience with Glinda & Elphaba. As well as being a professional dancer & character driven actor skills, she held the title of Dance Captain while dancing in parades & shows for major entertainment companies such as Epic Universe, Universal Studios & SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment.

Gage Wayne
Jazz Funk, Hip Hop, Commercial, Contemporary
With over a decade of experience in the dance industry, Gage Wayne is a versatile performer, educator, and choreographer specializing in jazz funk and hip hop! His credits include “The Mean Girls Musical Movie”, "CMA Country Christmas”, Netflix’s “A Week Away”, “Will Trent” and commercials for brands like VROOM, Panda Express, American Horror Story: CULT, The Greatest Showman, and more! He was also able to share the stage with Country Icon Dolly Parton at the Academy of Country Music Awards. As a passionate teacher, Gage fosters a supportive environment for dancers of all ages, helping them develop their unique voice and craft. He utilizes his degree in Entertainment Business and certification as a life and career coach with his mentorship program stayenGAGEd, guiding aspiring dancers toward professional success and finding themselves as a business! His most recent adventure is as a Maintenance Choreographer at Walt Disney World!

Colby Taylor
Technique, Jazz, Jazz Funk, Contemporary
Colby Taylor is a professional dancer, choreographer, and educator who recently moved to Orlando, FL. He began his dance journey at a young age, training in a wide range of styles including Jazz, Hip-Hop, and Contemporary through the competition and convention scene. Now working in the commercial dance industry, Colby has worked with artists like Trisha Yearwood, Amy Grant, Ashley McBryde, Brittney Spencer, Shanice, and Fancy Hagood. His commercial credits also include major brands and platforms such as Dollar General, Gaylord Hotels, CMAs, ABC, Disney+

Khalil Mcclarin
Hip Hop, Heels, Contemporary
Khalil McClarrin is an Orlando-raised choreographer and artist with a whole lot of style and even more passion. He’s hit cities all over the map to compete, perform, and keep growing as a creator. These days, he teaches heels, contemporary, and hip hop — and brings big energy to every class.
In Orlando, Khalil has leveled up his career through performing at Universal Studios, where he even got to close a parade and open a stage show at Epic Universe. He’s worked with a mix of production companies that helped shape him into the versatile artist he is today. Thanks to Metropolis Production Company, he found his way back to teaching and now pours his creativity into the amazing community at Empower. He also works with No Drama Entertainment Company (often teaming up on Disney events) and Penguin Entertainment Company.
At 5'4", Khalil is all heart, all passion, and all about creating spaces where dancers can explore, grow, and feel extraordinary. ✨🎶
